My dedication is with music. It’s the only thing I’ve stayed true to in my adult life. I’ve never fled music’s apartment or not called music after our night together. Music has never been my mistress, music is where I put all my effort, all my devotion and all my love. I’m married to music, I guess, weird as that may sound.

But thinking about it like that, I have to realize that music is just an example of a higher goal I honor. I think what I’m really dedicated to is beauty, the belief that beautiful things still exist in this world.

i've chosen the system, instead. to know it, to re-write it and to gain from it. it's mostly for selfish reasons, granted, but aren't most things? ultimately, it's a question of more. beauty, in your case.
